The Inquisitive Outsider

A show about the work. The work is real.

And no. It's not a podcast.

The Inquisitive Outsider is an ongoing series documenting the in-office research and positioning work of Classic Reinvention — a PR practice for the avant-garde. The thinkers, builders, and makers who are already living in the future the rest of us haven't named yet.

Not artists. Not academics. Not founders. All of the above and none of the above. The ones whose ideas don't fit the existing containers — so we build new ones.

Every episode is a real working session. A debate about what something means, who it's for, and why it matters right now. The camera is running because the work is worth watching. You're not watching a show about ideas. You're watching ideas get made.

The Avant-Garde, Redefined

Forget the gallery. Forget the manifesto.

The advance guard is anyone who moved first — before the framework existed, before the funding followed, before the consensus caught up. The physicist whose model was wrong until it wasn't. The architect designing for a climate the policy hasn't acknowledged. The founder building infrastructure for a problem that doesn't officially exist yet. The artist whose work the institution doesn't have language for.

If your ideas have ever been too early, too strange, or too honest for the room you were in — this is your room.

We Do The Work Out Loud.

Classic Reinvention takes your ideas and gives them the punk rock disruptive energy and aesthetic they deserve. We research the positioning, argue about the framing, find the angle that makes the mainstream stop scrolling — and we do all of it on camera.

Your ideas don't just get a PR strategy. They get a storyline.

The Package — $4,500

One hour. Thirty permanent entries. A distribution engine built around your ideas.

The Extraction Interview

A 1-hour on-camera research session with Classic Reinvention. No script. No talking points. Just your ideas, pulled apart, reframed, and positioned in real time. This is the source material for everything that follows.

30 Archive Pages

Each idea from the interview becomes a standalone page in the IOU library, structured for both human readers and AI discovery:

  • 2-3 minute produced video
  • Written blurb
  • FAQ
  • Outsider Thought Experiment — a pataphysical reframe that makes the idea stranger and stickier than it started

Every page is AEO and GEO optimized. Indexed, citable, and built to be found by the people and systems that matter.

The Distribution Campaign

30 videos. 2 posts per day. $10/day boost. Monday through Friday.

10 strategic markets, each targeted at a 2-mile radius around the exact intersection of academic, artistic, and decentralized tech culture:

West Philadelphia · Glasgow · Berlin · Lisbon · Zurich · Toronto · Montreal · Melbourne · Tallinn · Austin

3 posts per location over the campaign window. Every post drives to one URL. Thirty reasons to stay.

The Math

Line Item Cost
Production (interview, 30 videos, editing) ~$1,500
Distribution (30 posts × $10 × 5 days) ~$1,500
Research, writing, AEO/GEO structuring ~$1,500
Total $4,500

Your Links. Your Destination.

Every archive page, every video, every boosted post includes your CTA of choice — embedded throughout, not buried in a bio. A link to your research, your practice, your application, your work. Wherever you want the attention to go, that's where it goes.

The ads don't drive traffic to IOU. They drive traffic to you, through IOU. We're the context. You're the destination.

Speculated Reach

  • 10 markets × ~15,000–30,000 impressions/month = 150,000–300,000 total impressions
  • Conservative CTR at 2–4% = 3,000–12,000 clicks to the archive
  • 30 pieces of content in active rotation means the algorithm reads consistent original output, not ads
  • Each location sees 3 posts — enough for frequency, not enough for fatigue

The Result

You don't go viral. You become the most interesting thing in ten very specific rooms simultaneously. That's worth more.

The Uniqueness

There is no other show where you can watch a PR firm work in a satirical episodic manner and then hire that firm by becoming part of the show.

The content is the portfolio. The portfolio is the pitch. The pitch is the next episode.

Most agencies hide the process. We made the process the product. Every debate you watch is a real positioning argument. Every episode is a live case study. The show gets press because the concept is genuinely unprecedented — and the press becomes the distribution that finds the next subject.

You're not sponsoring content. You're not buying ads. You're investing in a permanent record of your ideas, built by people who understand how the new media landscape actually works, distributed to the exact communities where your ideas belong.

We'll see you in the headlines.

Not because we pitched you. Because the work was too interesting to ignore.

If your ideas have been waiting for the right context — this is it.
